We are seeking an experienced HR specialist to join our HR team.

Responsible for HR full employees' cycles and OD processes

Including

HR regional process- Being a focal point for employees and managers end to end: Onboarding, attendance, personal events, labor laws, termination- hearings, catering, transportation etc’.
OD global and local Processes- Operation of: Performance review, Merit, Bonus, Internal communication, Building and implementing Learning and training plans etc’.
Responsible for welfare events
Monitoring Cross-organizational processes and organizational changes

Requirements

BA/MA in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In HR Roles.

Experience in managing employee life cycles and organizational development processes in Global organizations.

Strong understanding of HR regional processes, including onboarding, attendance, labor laws, termination procedures, etc.

Familiarity with global and local OD processes, such as performance reviews, merit, bonus structures, internal communication strategies, and learning and training plans.

English- Native speaker level.
