Organization & Methods Manager

A prestigious manufacturing company in the Sharon region is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organization and Methods Manager for their Sales Division. This critical role focuses on implementing strategic changes and enhancing the efficiency of their sales processes.

Role Description:

The Organization & Methods Manager will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive analyses of current operations, identifying gaps, setting priorities, and leading both the specification and implementation of changes.
• Developing and refining sales management processes. This includes structuring the organization (defining roles for field and headquarters staff), creating role definitions, and establishing KPIs for all division processes and objectives.
• Customizing and improving work processes, as well as authoring procedures and definitions.
• Leading the digital transformation of work processes, such as sales automation, control tools, and CRM systems.
• Implementing effective measurement tools and support systems to monitor progress and results.
• Managing service level agreements (SLAs), establishing efficient visit matrices, collection procedures, and innovative sales methods. This also involves the development of effective management routines.
• Collaborating with various organizational departments to develop work processes, metrics, and management routines, and establishing control processes to ensure the successful implementation of changes.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - MUST
• At least 3 years of experience in Organization and Methods, Operational Excellence, or Project Management, specifically in FMCG companies - MUST
• Proficiency in English - MUST
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and capable of leading complex processes and inspiring team members
