As the Partners CS Manager at Atera, you will be responsible for supporting partners in their on-boarding process for Atera’s products, provide continuous training, and strategize ways to assist them in expanding their business using Atera's solutions. Your role will be instrumental in indirectly contributing to Atera's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our partners,identify customers’ needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement a tailored training program to educate partners on Atera's platform, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with Atera's business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and strategic advice to partners to help them optimize their use of Atera's solutions and increase their business outcomes.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, offering solutions and resources to drive partner success.
- Drive initiatives to expand the partner network, identify potential growth opportunities, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to provide valuable recommendations for partner engagement strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, partner management, professional services or a similar role within the technology or software industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience working with channel partners or resellers - a great advantage!
- Exceptional communication skills in English: spoken and written
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
