We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join our Customer Operations Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful deployment and operation of our Publican platform.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

Lead back-office support activities.
Act as a first responder to customer support service calls. Troubleshoot, collect details, escalate if needed and deliver timely and satisfactory resolution.
Build and maintain company’s knowledge base.
Maintain and monitor operational systems and company unique technological infrastructures.
Manage and operate day-to-day data integration tasks for existing and new customers.
Manage Saas and on-premises (remote) deployment and upgrade activities, installations and SAT activities.
Analyze and provide internal feedback based on customer support data and metrics.
Work closely with R&D, Product and Sales teams.
Handle vendors and logistics (including budget).

Qualifications

At least 5 years of industry experience in similar positions
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and administrative skills, prioritization skills
Team player, service oriented
Tech-oriented: experience in IT, R&D or QA - a significant advantage
Strong sense of ownership, “can-do” attitude
Good problem solving skills
Basic SQL
Fluent spoken & written English
Additional languages – Advantage
