Job Description

Eitan Medical is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of IT Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure and operations while also providing hands-on technical support. You will lead the IT team, provide strategic direction, manage resources, and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems and networks. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT team and own all IT-related responsibilities globally.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, data and performance of the IT systems and the production line.
• Plan and handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Manage the company’s inventory, from software licenses to physical assets.
• Oversee and track ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and administration of network systems and service.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the company's data and systems.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience managing an IT team, preferably at a global company
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure including Networking, Cloud technologies, Office 365 & Azure services.
• Proficiency in backup solutions (such as Veeam) and scripting solutions.
• Experience with FW technologies, EDR solutions, NAC solutions and other cybersecurity aspects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of hands-on capabilities, in complex technical environments.
• Have a “can-do” spirit and take initiatives.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
