Bookkeeper

The position::

We are seeking an experienced and talented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. The position involves day-to-day bookkeeping procedures, taking an active part in the monthly close process, and planning and implementing new processes and leading process improvement.

A day in the life::

• Accounts payable invoices’ processing, including working with purchase orders.
• Managing the bookkeeping of international subsidiaries, including banks, payments, monthly closing, accruals, credit cards, and fixed assets.
• Compiling and submitting reports to tax authorities and other regulatory bodies.
• Handling payroll journal entries and overseeing balances with authorities and employees.
• Taking ownership of monthly closing routines, ensuring completeness, accruals, and maintaining working papers.
• Managing ongoing intercompany invoices and reconciliation, including intercompany shipments.
• Overseeing accounts receivable, including invoicing, credits, and managing AR aging.
• Recording credit card transactions, invoices, payments, and conducting monthly reconciliations.
• Reviewing and approving reimbursement of expense reports in accordance with company policy via the Combtas system.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in NetSuite
• Certified bookkeeper (Type 1+2).
• High level of English
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in hi-tech global companies
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Well-organized with high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
