About The Role

Are you passionate about transforming complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content? We're looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Craft user-friendly documentation, including APIs, technical specifications, and Help Center articles, ensuring precision, clarity, and coherence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working alongside software developers and product managers to gather insights and comprehend intricate technical concepts for effective documentation.
• Innovate and enhance documentation processes, tools, and practices to optimize content creation and maintenance. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
• Actively participate in usability testing, offering valuable feedback to enhance the overall user experience of our applications.
• You will play a pivotal role in influencing and shaping the documentation landscape. Your insights and contributions will shape our organization's standard for technical writing practices
  
  

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of relevant experience in creating and leading API documentation for developers. We welcome backgrounds in development and technical education.
• Exhibit a firm grasp of technical concepts, particularly APIs and web applications
• Knowledge of basic script programming and working with Postman
• Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills. You can convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner, driving user engagement.
• Experience in creating training manuals, instructional materials, and other learning content with a user-centric approach
• Ability to think like a client and reproduce the developers' experience (clients & partners as well)
