About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will track project status, schedule, and budgets. You will meet key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across the projects you manage. You will work with customers to define and evaluate requirements and work with the engineering teams to develop project plans, estimate costs and assess the level of required effort.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including strategy, planning, definition, development, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Manage purchasing and ordering of equipment, parts, and materials, maintaining budget constraints and delivery timelines.
• Implement and track detailed timelines for project milestones and deliverables, monitoring progress and proactively addressing potential delays.
• Track individual tasks assigned to team members, providing clear expectations and support to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Conduct resource planning for personnel, equipment, and materials, optimizing utilization and efficiency.
• Secure ECO (engineering change order) and purchasing -approvals as necessary, ensuring project alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate comprehensive project reports for management and clients, detailing progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Manage integration of project components and systems, ensuring successful FAT & SAT.
  
  

What We Want To See

• 3+ years of experience in multidisciplinary project management or system engineering roles
• Experience with automation & multidisciplinary solutions.
• Working in a matrix environment: collaborating with various R&D functions
• Strong technical and leadership skills
• Broad system view, and customer-centric approach
• The collaborative, charismatic, promoter, process-oriented and flexible
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Bachelor of Science ( B.Sc .), Engineering degree
