Product Design (UX/UI) lead

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product (UX/UI) designer to join our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll be central to developing and executing our product design. 

Job description:

As InfiniGrow’s Product Design lead, your primary function will be to lead and drive the user experience and design (UX and UI) of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, and R&D) to create intuitive and visually appealing solutions that address the needs of our users while aligning with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototyping and UI Design:
• You will design the UI, and perform research into similar solutions to come up with best-practices and intuitive flows.
• Full ownership over UI design: You will work with the product team, and be the decision maker when it comes to design decisions.
• Wireframing and Mockups: To expedite research and ideation speed, you will develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and a seamless flow throughout the product. 
• Rapid Iteration: Embrace an agile development process and be prepared to iterate quickly on designs in response to user feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Design Systems: Own and maintain InfiniGrow’s design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions.
• User Feedback Integration: Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and analytics to identify UX gaps and make the product more intuitive.

Job requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer - a must.
• Experience working in early-stage B2B SaaS start-ups or fast-paced environments - a must. 
• Proficiency in Figma - a must.
• Experience working on Data/Analytics products - an advantage, especially if the product involves complex data for non/semi-technical users.
• Proven track record of designing products that users LOVE.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
