We are looking for an ambitious and experienced QA Manager to join our leading capital markets FinTech. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for defining QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects.

Responsibilities

• Our QA is fully automated. Extensive automation experience and hands-on capabilities are required
• Develop and increase QA team performance and collaboration across the organization
• Implement metrics to monitor progress and effectiveness
• Provide team oversight during the full software development life cycle, from conception, design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance
• Bring high energy, effectiveness at managing relationships and the ability to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
• Attract, build, and retain highly engaged and capable quality assurance teams that can deliver on our technology and business strategies
• Create an enjoyable, fast-paced, and motivating team

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related technical degree
• 5+ years of experience as a QA manager in an agile environment
• Experience working with complex business scenarios and converting them to test scenarios
• Proven experience in managing QA team for multidisciplinary products
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts and test management
• Excellent analytical, research, documentation, project planning and implementation skills
• Experience working in a global environment
• Excellent communicator with a strong desire to help others
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
