Senior Product Manager Pathfinder

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and creative Senior Product Manager Pathfinder, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of your products. You’ll lead design requirements and specifications, work with development teams through delivery, and push for the adoption of new tools by our customers, in coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. In this position, you will report to the VP of Product, and you will play a key role in a fast-growing team with significant impact and potential for professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities - what you will be doing:

• Take responsibility for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle - market research, user research, gathering and prioritizing user stories, defining the product vision, writing requirements, and defining the core product needs
• Define the priorities of the product by understanding customers’ needs and the company's vision
• Oversee the product development process, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features 
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, providing guidance and supporting their career growth
• Work closely with engineering, data scientists, design, and business development teams  
• Stay updated about the latest robotic products available in the market, especially in the AG-TECH field
• Travel to our users in USA at least once a quarter 

Requirements - does this describe you?

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related experience preferred -must
• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Product management – must
• A deep understanding of robotic product development
• Experience in developing robotics products, that include AI, ML, and vision aspects
• A computer sciences/engineering degree or equivalent  
• Ag-tech experience - an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to write product requirements and explain them clearly in both product and technical aspects
• Work under tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Experience working closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and end-users
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Working with CA time differences
