Highcon is a fast-paced innovative technology global company, leading and providing advanced solutions for the paper board packaging industry. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth running of our IT activities. This position requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for staying updated of emerging technologies. You will be responsible for managing our office IT various activities, implementing and operating IT tools, overseeing the office IT system upgrades and providing technical support to our internal teams.
Reporting to the VP XX.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
- Provide IT support to employees across the organization WW – diagnose problems, provide solutions, and record complaints and processes related to IT.
- Trouble-shoots and solves IT problems related to hardware, software, and network problems. Identify problems and malfunctions, performs root cause analysis and execute plans to develop solutions.
- Continuously monitor, maintain and improve Highcon’ s information technology systems and infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, licenses, printers, e-mails, phone system, meeting rooms multimedia systems, etc.) and ensure an adequate IT environment for the company.
- Implement Cyber Security policy, procedures, and solutions for Highcon IT infrastructures and products to ensure IT security of the company.
- Work and manage third-party IT related suppliers.
- handle third-party company that is maintaining and managing Highcon website.
- Assist with IT related purchasing – raise needs, manage inventory etc. effective procurement of IT equipment, licenses, services, and more.
- Serve as an escalation and communication point for all IT issues including on-call availability for emergencies.
- Facilitate employees' onboarding and off boarding - prepare new employees' computers, establish email address & office license etc.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Qualification:
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing IT activities and services.
- Deep knowledge and proven experience with Windows based OS, Microsoft Azure services, Azure 365, AWS, MDM (mobile device management) policy, Office, SharePoint, Network Security, Cloud Security principle and technics.
- Proven experience in setting policy and deployment of IAM (identity access management) in Azure environment.
- Experience and ability to implement effective IT solutions, tools, IT security policies, and security solutions.
- Experience in installing computers, network solutions, and third-party IT services.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Experience working with external vendors and suppliers.
- A self-learner with ability to explore new technologies and solutions.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Costumer and service oriented and a "can do" attitude.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiar with ERP priority system -an advantage.
