We are looking for an innovative, creative and driven UX/UI App Designer to join our team!

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and their app improvement requests. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customers' requirements, gather feedback, and translate these insights into the apps. Through these requests, you will also be involved in training an AI model to handle customer inquiries.

About this role:

• UX/UI Design: Work with user-centric design principles, creating interfaces that are intuitive and visually compelling. Also, establish and maintain a consistent design language and style guide aligned with our brand identity and user expectations.
• Training AI: Act as a liaison between customers, design, and AI development, providing insights to enhance the AI's decision-making capabilities. 
• Customer Interaction: Maintain continuous and direct communication with customers, understanding their needs and wants regarding their apps. Prioritize the needs and preferences of our diverse user base.

Requirements:

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

• Exceptional Design Aesthetics with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
