Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role that will require the Intellectual Property Paralegal to work from our Haifa/Tel-Aviv offices with flexibility for remote work. The main responsibilities of the position are to assist with patent applications and preparation for filing with ILPTO, trademark applications and preparation for filing with ILPTO and USPTO, legal document preparation, and general IP-related tasks including docket management, client communications, and research.

Qualifications

• Patent Applications and Patent Preparation skills for filing with ILPTO is a must
• Trademark Applications and Trademark Preparations skills for filing with ILPTO and USPTO is a must
• Intellectual Property knowledge and experience of at least 3 years
• Legal Document Preparation and Patent Law knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using patent and trademark databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent work experience
