Requirements

Must Reside in an EMEA region and be able to work Monday-Friday

Education and experience:

• 6+ years of work experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Print Design, and/or Creative Design required.
• Fluent in English
• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday, during normal to extended business hours in GMT +0, GMT 01+. GMT +02.
• Mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma
• Willingness to work in Microsoft PPT.
• Experience using agile project management tools like Asana.

What You’ll Be Working On

An Enterprise client is seeking a Creative Designer to join the Americas/EMEA Design and Experiences team. Who you are, you are a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves creative designer who has a successful track record of designing across traditional media and creating graphics for complex storytelling through presentations. This designer will have the opportunity to create one-sheets, multi-page print documents, advertisements, marketing collateral, infographics, tradeshow booth graphics, executive presentations, emails, landing pages, and digital educational content

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Create cohesive designs using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, for print, email, and web.
• The ability to take complex PowerPoint Slides and turn them into cohesive stories with high level graphics, graphics can be created outside of PPT and Imported in.
• The ability to discern feedback and revise projects quickly to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on time-sensitive projects and presentations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Utilize ideation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate designs to stakeholders.
• Discern and consolidate design feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Become a brand expert with a clear understanding of current brand guidelines.
• Keen attention to detail & efficient workflow manner required to provide top-level design work with short turnaround times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English.
• Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills.
