Subsidiaries controller & accountant (Temporary Position)

UCT Fluid Solutions Is a leading global company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative fluid controls solutions for various industries and looking for Subsidiaries controller and accountant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Subsidiaries’ controller

• Reviewing and monitoring the monthly financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitoring the actual results vs budget and forecasts.
• Analyzing the companies' activities.
• Assistance in preparing the annual budget and forecasts.
• Monitoring the implementation of the group's accounting policy.
• Supporting with financial matters.

Assistance in the group's accounting work - for example: preparation of consolidated notes, Sox documentation, consolidated aging reports, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience working with global companies
• Knowledge and experience in SOX are an advantage
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage (especially SAP)
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Time and task management - professional work while meeting deadlines

Educational/ Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree B.A in accounting- After internship- Must!
• 2-4 years of experience as an accountant- certified accountant after internship (preferably at one of the big4 firms) or after a first position after the internship.
• High level English.
• High level of excel.
