About the Position
As a Technical Product Manager at Ownera, your role would involve a combination of product management and technical expertise. You would be responsible for driving our product forward, understanding the market needs and helping our clients grow. Here are some key details about this role:
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product strategy and roadmap for Ownera platform, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to understand market needs, limitations and challenges and translate them into clear and actionable requirements for the engineering team.
- Innovation - Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement groundbreaking features.
- Product Development: Lead the development and delivery of Ownera API Platform infrastructure solutions, working closely with engineering teams, ensuring the timely execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of infrastructure solutions, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of projects, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent tech background
- Demonstrated industry knowledge and technical proficiency in Financial systems
- Experience with API products.
- Experienced in leading end to end product lifecycle.
- Self-motivated; independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
- Communicates to inform, share, improve, and maintain open dialogue.
- Strong communication skills; able to effectively influence team members.
- Blockchain experience - Advantage
