About The Position

As a Director of Product Management, you'll be a key member of our Product Leadership team, driving the strategy, development, and success of our platform product group. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for end-to-end success, from shaping the product roadmap to overseeing its go-to-market strategy and influencing revenue.

What Will You Do

• Define the business and product strategy for the Core HR product group, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. You’ll be responsible for everything from roadmap development, GTM strategy and influencing revenue driven by sales and marketing.
• Master market trends and competitor landscapes to formulate well-researched product recommendations.
• Grow and manage a team of high performing group PM leads and product managers
• Manage customer relationships, serving as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and customers to resolve complex issues and ensure product success.
• Partner cross functionally to establish market readiness and go-to-market strategy
• Conduct rigorous testing, research, and analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in the HR tech space is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in a high growth, SaaS environment
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and oversee strategy execution
• Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with an ability to engage and influence internal and external teams
