We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our R&D team.

Requirements:

• B.Sc/M.Sc degree in engineering.
• Experienced in reliability engineering for semiconductor devices.
• Experience with data analysis statistical methods and tools – Specifically those related to reliability Analysis.
• Knowledge and experience with the theory and use of laser diodes – An Advantage.
• Experience with laser diode micro-optics, opto-electronic device packaging and knowledge of complex reliability engineering principles – An Advantage.
• Experienced with building and maintaining Databases – an advantage.
  
  

• Lead the reliability program for advanced Silicon-photonics Devices for the Tele-communication market.
• Develop Reliability qualification plans compliant with JEDEC and TELECORDIA relevant standards.
• Lead the product qualification program, including Functional testing, Reliability and Durability testing (HTOL, Environmental tests etc.).
• Perform various reliability analysis - e.g. reliability predictions, Statistical data analysis, modelling, acceleration factors calculations and MTBF predictions.
• Conduct product design reviews focused on reliability concerns, critical components, potential wear out failure modes, etc.
• Lead and support cross-functional failure investigations to identify root cause and corrective and preventative action.
