Head of Product

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced B2B Head of Product to lead our product department. The role includes driving product innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences, both of which are essential for shaping the future of our customer engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement the product vision and strategy. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Product Requirements: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate the functionality and value of new product features.
• User Experience (UX): Lead and be part of the UX design process to ensure our products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the highest standards of user experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead the product & Offshore design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate closely with the R&D department to ensure that project plans are executed effectively and on schedule.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams—including R&D, marketing, sales, customer success, and support—to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure the success of product launches and iterations.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product changes. Experience in data analysis is a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in product management within a B2B environment, particularly in SaaS platforms. Experience with complex systems is essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in fintech, online banking, or online gaming sectors is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on in planning road maps, writing product requirement documents, and designing UX experience is a must. Familiarity with SaaS product development and in data analysis is a plus.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
