Residential Designer

• Description:* Our company is seeking a Architectural Designer who will be responsible for creating and developing house plans for new construction, remodels, and additions. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of architectural design principles, as well as extensive experience working with AutoCAD software. The Architectural Designer will collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet client expectations.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD software. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop plans that meet those requirements. Create sketches, models, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. 5+ years of experience working in architectural design, with a focus on residential construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
