Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Engineering team in Tel Aviv.

The team is responsible for overseeing all operations and supply chain activities, including quality, planning, purchasing, logistics, and engineering. The team's mission is to deliver goods on time, ensuring quality and cost adherence to the objectives of the Fabric project.

Job Overview

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end Quality Management System. You will supervise on the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards, and in addition, you will develop and implement quality control tests at Development, NPI and Production stages.

What you’ll do

● Implement new quality processes and systems where appropriate.

● Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business, ensuring that problems are prevented and that product requirements are met, with any issues resolved effectively and economically.

● Work to prevent non-conformances, customer complaints, concession and rework alongside Manufacturing/ Engineering and Operations to develop corrective and preventative actions within required time-frame.

● Work closely with the production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure that quality control considerations are integrated into the design, development, and production processes.

● Develop the Quality Management System, update procedures, and train team members as required.

● Ensure that corrective actions are delivered, and non-compliance issues are resolved on time.

● Report on Quality activities on a regular basis.

● Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment.

● Ensure that products adhere to quality standards.

● Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.

● Train and manage production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.

● Track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.

Who you are

● Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering

● 3 - 5 years of experience in quality control

● Experience in testing circuits and assemblies

● Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and project specifications

● Strong knowledge of product life cycle procedures

● High level technical English

● Excellent analytical and communication skills

● Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
