About the job:

We are looking for a passionate Junior Back-office Operator to assist in operating the services of Tax, Mortgages, Banking, and others and provide excellent customer service to our users.

This position is full-time with a salary of 8,000 ILS / month and includes all the perks of tech companies (1,000 ILS Cibus, a dog-friendly environment, hybrid home/office, etc).

Requirements:

Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Well-organized with high attention to details
• Ability to work independently following established policies and regulations
• Team player with a proactive approach
