IT and Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security and IT policies and best practices in the organization.
• Perform ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and administration of network systems and services.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks, ensuring seamless operation of network components.
• Participate in key IT projects and provide IT desk services.
• Install new equipment, troubleshoot network and security issues, and coordinate project implementations efficiently.
• Design and implement effective security and IT policies, following best practices in security.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management and security systems administration at tech start-ups.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing security and policy policies.
• Proven capabilities in managing user accounts across various systems.
• Proven expertise in managing and administering Linux and Windows OS platforms (client and server).
• Proficient in corporate identity and provisioning, particularly Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta.
• Experience in effectively managing network devices, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi (e.g., Aruba).
• Proficient in network security management, including firewalls and VPN site2site configurations.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, and Confluence) and code revision platforms (e.g., GitHub).
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Driven, ambitious, team player, and an excellent communicator.
• Previous experience with ISO 27001- a plus.
