Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software and drivers. Maintaining and repairing technological equipment or peripheral devices. Monitoring support queue. Project work.
Eperience required: :
- A third level qualification in IT, or a similar discipline.
- IT Support: 3-5 years
- Setting up hardware – desktops, laptops & printers etc. and installing and configuring Operating Systems, software’s and drivers.
- Maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, or peripheral devices.
- Excellent knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory services.
- Monitoring support queue for tickets, RFCs for implementation within project SLAs.
- Provide remote/call support to end associates for any technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and an ability to work under pressure.
- Able to troubleshoot a variety of laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Privacy & Regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence of data privacy and regulatory laws and processes of geography and iQMS/Org.
- Co-ordination with OEM vendor to resolve issues.
