Head of FP&A - Controller

Analyzing sales figures, Identifying revenue and sales trends, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing actions to improve sales strategies and practices.

Predicting future sales to enable better logistics and finance planning.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Issue weekly report to CEO and VP of Sales
• Monitor sales performance and success against goals and benchmarks
• Support in the preparation of budjets and forecasts
• Review the profitability of launches, products, channels and customers
• Present and support sales presentations
• New launch and forecast based on relevant benchmarks
• Perform regular analysis on various metrics such as business seasonality and inventory and determine forecast presentation with accuracy
• Administer inventory required to reach all targets per channel
• Supervise sufficient stock level at all warehouses
• Manage a junior budget controller

Skills and Abilities:

• BA in economics or accounting
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with significant experience at an international company (beauty/CPG industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with ERP and BI systems
• English and Hebrew
