A global children's products company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead!

Role Description

This role is a full-time opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer working on-site. The responsibilities include creating graphics, logos, branding, and typography for diverse communication channels. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will generate top-notch designs to enhance the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of graphic designers.
• Supervise all design tasks and manage the studio workflow.
• Generate concepts, graphics, and layouts for new products, packaging, marketing materials, website assets, and more.
• Design various materials for both print and digital platforms
• Develop visuals based on specified requirements.
• Test graphics across different media platforms
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and adhere to schedules.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilize various graphic design software and work with a wide range of media.

Requirements:

• Experience in management - MUST
• Experience in Web design (banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media, etc.) - MUST
• Experience in design platforms (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - a MUST
• Relevant BA (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing/design agency
• Knowledge in video editing - an advantage
• Creative thinker, dedicated, and team player.
