Bookkeeper

We are looking for a motivated, and talented Bookkeeper to to join our Accounting team in Israel.

In this role, you will do reconciliations, record, review and manage the general ledger to month-end reporting deadlines for Israeli and US entities.

You will manage prepayments and accruals and internal and statutory accounting.

You will need to have solid reconciliation and analytical experience and be able to work under tight deadlines.

In addition, you will be responsible for the Israeli entity payroll recording and reporting.

You will report directly to the Controller.

Monthly and yearly-end closings

Record AP and AR invoices and reimbursement of employee’s travel and expenses reports

Reconciliation of all BS accounts and preparation of WP, including but not limited to: banking, customers, vendors, FA, accruals, prepaid expenses etc'

Bank & Credit card reconciliations

Israeli entity payroll

Reporting to Israeli tax authorities.

• Certified Bookkeeper with at least 5 years experience
• Experience in global Hi-tech companies
• Experience in NetSuite
• English (writing and speaking) - high level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with global vendors
• Passion for quick learning and applying new skills and technologies
