The Opportunity

As a Robotics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic systems.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and work on projects that push the boundaries of robotics and automation technology.

Your expertise in robotics and mechatronics will contribute to the success of our innovative solutions and help our clients achieve their automation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Design: Design the physical structure of the robot as well as develop the software that controls the movement and behaviour of the robot. This includes programming the robot's movements, coordinating sensor inputs, and implementing control algorithms.

• Sensor Integration: Integrate various sensors such as cameras, LiDAR and ultrasonic sensors. You will need to ensure that the robot can perceive and interpret its environment accurately.

• Maintenance and Repair: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of robotic systems after deployment, ensuring their continued functionality over time.

• Research and Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in robotics technology and conducting research to improve existing systems or develop new ones.

Requirements

• Expertise in Robotic systems - Troubleshooting and triage without physical access.
• Practical knowledge of robotics sensor calibration in practical applications.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Familiarity with large, extensive deployments.
• Developed skillset in Python and C++.
• Knowledge of PySpark.
