Role: Logistic Coordinator

Office Based in Hod HaSharon

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate import and export processes and the logistics for study supplies deliveries to/from country, in accordance with ICH GCP, ICON SOPs and applicable local regulations and guidelines.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export of clinical study supplies, including IP, non-IPs, medical devices, kits, and equipment.
• Manage documentation for import/export activities, including license applications, amendments, and renewals.
• Review pro forma/commercial invoices, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Liaise with couriers, brokers, customs authorities, and vendors for smooth shipments.
• Collaborate with Clinical team to address country-specific requirements before shipments.
• Coordinate study supply distribution, keeping project teams informed of status.
• Attend study team meetings to address logistic issues.
• Maintain detailed tracking of shipments and ensure document filing per SOPs.
• Stay updated on ICH GCP, ICON SOPs, and country legislation for import/export activities.
• Contact study sites to confirm missing equipment details from PSV.
• Support sites with local sourcing of sponsor-unprovided equipment before activation.
• Verify calibration documentation for existing equipment at sites.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a clinical research setting.
• Familiarity with ICH GCP and country-specific regulations related to import/export activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
