Elfi-Tech is a technology company based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, focused on developing cutting-edge, non-invasive blood flow monitoring solutions for in-hospital and home care. Our mission is to evaluate novel biomarkers in the area of sepsis, stroke, blood pressure, and other hemodynamic data through state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and big data analysis.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product. The Head of Product will be responsible for creating product strategy, managing product management, and leading market research to develop and refine Elfi-Tech's offerings. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products.

Qualifications

• Product Strategy and Product Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in performing market research to evaluate customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• 6+ years of experience in product management in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products in complex market environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine or any healthcare related field (MBA is a plus).
