We’re excited to announce the search for a Renewal Sales Account Manager!

We are looking for Different Native speakers , including English / German/ Spanish/ Swedish/ Czech/ French/ Polish/ Dutch/ Russian/ Greek/ Norwegian speakers.

The Renewal Sales Account Manager is tasked with owning the renewal process ‘end to end', achieving high retention rates, and partnering closely with parallel teams to ensure high satisfaction rates

Major Responsibilities

* Account Review with Customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved prior to the renewal date

* Proactively identify customer issues, and collaborate when needed with wider CP teams, Distributors, and Channel partners in order to mitigate risk

* Qualification and validation of SFDC renewal pipeline

* Develop customer quotes within the Renewal Quoting tool

* Accurate forecasting via Clari

* Meet bookings quota and retention rate

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CheckPoint solution and its competitive positioning

Desired Background

At least two years of experience in Renewals/Sales , he/she should have a deep understanding of renewal processes

English - Mother tongue level native speaker.

Proven record of achievement of target quotas and renewal-related metrics.

Experience with forecasting.

Working knowledge of MS Office, SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus).

The preferred candidate will be a team player, flexible, highly collaborative, and extremely organized, detailed and process-oriented.

Experience in Cybersecurity - a plus.
