Our goal is to provide a comprehensive platform that eliminates the limitations and complications that typically arise when conducting business across countries. We are based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Listing Coordinator. The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and updating the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database, coordinating with real estate agents, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Listing Coordinator will be located in Tel Aviv with the flexibility to work from home when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Updating listings on the platform
• reach out to project in Tel Aviv and set meetings schedule.
• gather marketing collateral and organize it in google drive.
• be the admin point of contract for the market and work with the local and global sales team.
• high level English is a must as the majority of the team is global.
• admin tasks execution as they come along.
