Bookkeeper

A leading cyber security company in TLV is looking for a talented Bookkeeper.

This is a well-known global organization, with enterprise clients worldwide, including Fortune 100 companies.

The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeper professional with experience in a global environment, a team player accustomed to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Main Responsibilities: 

🔹 Maintain records and all financial transactions on a global level

🔹Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing 

payments to local and foreign vendors, bank accounts and credit card reconciliations. 

🔹Responsibility for processing the vendor purchasing process from Sales Order/invoice to

Payment

🔹Participate as a key member of the month-end close and bring the books to the trial

balance stage. 

🔹Report globally to tax and other authorities monthly Prepare monthly provisions (Expense Payable, Prepaid Expense) 

🔹Fixed Assets 

🔹Employees T&E reimbursements 

🔹Assemble information for external auditors as part of the audit process. 

Support the accounting department with ad-hoc tasks.  

Main Requirements:

🔹Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2)

🔹7+ years experience in bookkeeping in the tech industry 

🔹Experience working on NetSuite as the bookkeeping system (advantage) 

🔹Microsoft Excel proficient – a Must 

🔹Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. 

🔹Proficient in English - mostly read & write, basic conversational level
