Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Outbrain is seeking its first Global Head of Talent Acquisition! The role will be part of the global HR leadership team and report directly into the HR executive. The Head of Talent will own talent acquisition strategically, manage a team of recruiters as well as execute their own hires. As with any Outbrain employee, we’re looking for someone who is resourceful, curious, proactive, data driven approach, creative thinker, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team, and who will be passionate about what she or he does.

Day in the Life

• Improve the hiring machine - sourcing, processes, metrics
• Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
• Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies attracting the best talent
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Lead all sourcing strategies
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire, share insights and ways in which the department can improve its service to the business, identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Build exceptional stakeholder relationships including working with our Executives and Senior Leaders to develop workforce planning and understand hiring needs
• Ensure our Employer Branding profile and assets are market leading - Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
• Develop strategies to ensure DEI is paramount during hiring process
• Develop an Alumni/ network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants/employees and referred candidates)
• Manage 3rd party agreements
• Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends and competitors and innovation
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing global recruitment teams within rapidly expanding organizations.
• 8+ years in full-cycle recruiting from a global tech company.
• Experience hiring in the high-tech industry/fast-paced industry background - across all disciplines
• Strong analytical skills to ensure best in class service delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance - A data-driven approach to hiring
• Proven strategic, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - comfortable handling stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable being strategic and hands on simultaneously
• Experience of ATS SAAS platform(s) ideally Greenhouse
• Proven team player who can get stuck in and be proactive
• Agile - adapts easily to an ever-changing environment
• Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English
