Senior HR Generalist

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources based in Canada and collaborating directly with the Vice President, Engineering and Country Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will manage the Human Resources function in Israel.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and generalist HR support to team in Israel
• Assist with the integration and maintenance of Alphawave's new HRIS system and conduct HRIS functional training as needed
• Generate and analyse monthly HR reporting for internal stakeholders
• Develop and run onboarding & offboarding program
• Support global and regional training & development initiatives
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
• Ensure employee records are updated as needed
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Recommend best practices, approaches and courses of action a variety of HR topics as needed
• Coordinate with global HR team to ensure effective execution of HR projects
• Ensure employee welfare are maintained and meet industry standards
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Fluent in English orally and in writing
• 6+ years' experience in HR, including HR generalist role
• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in Israel
