Operations Manager

StartUp company continues to expand, and looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager. 

In this role, you'll spearhead all critical activities across procurement, logistics, and inventory/warehouse management at every stage.

Reporting to the VP Product

About the position

You'll build this position from the ground up, defining and implementing efficient processes. 

You'll collaborate with leaders across the company to fully understand our procurement needs and specifications, ensuring we meet delivery goals on time and on budget.

This position requiring hands-on work and heavy lifting.

**Responsibilities**

Procurement

Meet regularly with stakeholders to determine company-wide procurement needs

Research and identify suppliers for various components 

Request quotes and negotiate terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships

Issue purchase orders for all required materials and services

Forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies 

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports

 Work closely with accounting on payments

Logistics

Verify shipments match orders in quantity and quality

Manage import/export logistics, including customs clearance

Inspect and evaluate quality of purchased items

Inventory/Warehouse

Manage inventory and warehouse operations using Priority system

Oversee physical warehouse activities 

Collaborate with departments on inventory planning and management

Willingness to take on additional operations tasks

**Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

5+ years as an Operations Manager in multifunctional hardware companies

Skilled in purchasing, inventory management, and ERP systems like Priority 

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)

Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 

Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment

Strong multitasking and time management skills, able to prioritize
