Threat Intelligence Team Lead

Webz.io is looking for a Threat Intelligence Team Lead to join our Cyber team.

The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cyber threat intelligence analysts
• Manage team KPIs and OKRs organising resources for impact and success
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and thought leadership to analysts performing monitoring, research, and report production
• Lead cyber content research and collection strategy
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends
• Analyse new threats and offer deep insights by using data-driven intel
• Lead and manage the professional tier of customer service
• Lead and manage proof of concepts with customers
• Lead cyber content marketing processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Expert in threat intelligence analysis and content development
• Expert-level experience in threat intelligence analysis and intelligence services
• Hands-on experience analyzing and conducting investigations
• Demonstrates expert time-management and prioritisation skills
• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
• Ambitious and highly motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with teamwork and collaboration with global and international customers
• Good understanding of technology and a quick learner (an advantage)
