Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for CRM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and IT, to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and large-scale budgets to ensure project success.
• Oversee data migration, customization, and integration activities to optimize CRM functionality.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and address any issues or roadblocks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on CRM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams with global mindset.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or CRM certifications are a plus.
