Corporate Controller

We’re looking for a talented Corporate Controller to join our amazing team.

We are a global tech company operating in various activities (Ad-tech, drones, pet-care and more). You will report to the VP Finance.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPI’s
• Build, plan and analyze a forecasted budget vs actual (P&L and cashflow)
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Assists with monthly and quarterly-end closing, year-end audits, and ad-hoc requests
• Preparation of the consolidated statutory financial statements
• Overseeing Tax filings and reporting, both in the US & IL
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications

• CPA with Big 4 Hi-Tech department experience
• 2 years of experience post internship in a Hi-Tech company
• Experience with creating consolidated financial statements
• Experience working with global companies
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills
• Hands on team member with strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to communicate and influence others
• Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
