Commercial Lawyer

Description

SodaStream, a leading international industrial company, is looking for an experienced and talented commercial lawyer to join our legal department. You will provide day-to-day legal advice to the company’s business units and stakeholders, as well as draft, negotiate and manage broad range of commercial agreements. 90% of the day-to-day work is in English.

What will you do:

• Negotiate draft and review various commercial agreements and transactional documentations.
• Support SodaStream’s various business activities and objectives.
• Provide commercial legal advice to the company, its subsidiaries, stakeholders and global markets.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
  
  

• License to practice law in Israel.
• At least 5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global company or as a lawyer in a leading law firm commercial department.
• Excellent legal writing and speaking capabilities both in English and Hebrew.
  
  

• You have excellent attention to details, critical thinking and proactiveness.
• You're a self-learner.
• You possess experience in broad range of commercial agreements (e.g., retail, supply, logistics, IT).
• You can work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
• You can handle high-pressure situations, to perform multiple tasks, work on short lead times and meet tight deadlines.
• You have strong business orientation.
• You're a people’s person.
• Major Advantage: your mother tongue language is French or Spanish.
