Oracle Applications System administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• System administration for back office applications including Oracle EBS , Agile, BI etc.
• Enforcing company access policy using service–now tickets and managers approvals.
• Enforcing SOD (Segregation of duties) and SOX compliance.
• Participation in SOX audits , providing compliance evidence.
• Candidates with the right skills and attitude can develop in this role and become business analysts.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (industrial eng., computer sciences, economy, finance etc)
• 2+ years as sysadmin/ junior business analyst, Oracle applications/EBS professional testing.
• Customer focused and detail oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related areas
• Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of related HR processes and interfacing systems; Recruitment transition and terminations, payroll and travel systems – advantage.
• SOX audit experience – advantage
