Data Product Manager

Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.

As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager with a strong data analyst background to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving the success of our Data Enrichment and Integration products, using your data expertise to inform product strategy, roadmap development and execution. You will be working closely with engineers, data scientists and data analysts to translate business requirements into actionable product features.

The Data Product team at Personetics is responsible for building and maintaining data-driven products that empower our clients to personalize the financial experience for their customers. We own the Personetics product data model and develop Data Enrichment products. We work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a dedicated team of developers and QA engineers, collaborating closely with other product managers and stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to help define the product vision, roadmap and priorities for Data Enrichment and Integration products.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure product alignment with market trends.
3. Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements.

• Product Execution & Management:

1. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, including backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination and customer education support.
2. Work cross-functionally with engineers, QA, and data analysts to ensure successful product delivery on time and with high quality.
3. Monitor product performance data, identify improvement opportunities and iterate on features based on customer feedback and data insights.

• Data Analysis & Insights:

1. Leverage your data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights from the data and experiment on product options and ideas.
2. Collaborate with data analysts to develop and implement data pipelines and dashboards for product performance monitoring.

• Customer Engagement:

1. Participate in customer-facing sessions, such as demos, customer education sessions and customer issue escalations.
2. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product roadmap and development.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of 3-5 years in Product Management roles with a strong focus on data products
• Hands-on experience with data analysis
• Experience with successfully launching and managing data-driven products
• Proficiency in data-related technologies and methodologies, including data visualization tools, databases and etc.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
• B.SC in computer science, engineering or an equivalent experience
