Quality Assurance Specialist

I am seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Quality Specialist to join my team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of top-notch products or services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality standards, processes, and procedures.
• Generate detailed quality reports and performance metrics to track key indicators and trends.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Investigate and analyze quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances to determine root causes.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
• Provide training to employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance in the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient English level reading, writing and verbal skills.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE) is a plus.
