Our team is growing and we're looking for a Project Manager to join us!

As a Project Manager, you will focus on the successful initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects. In this position, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment with our strategic objectives. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This dynamic role requires a strategic structural thinker with a project management track record.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects, including managing timelines and deliverables from multiple internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project strategies to support organizational goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project completion
• Monitor project progress, providing timely updates to key stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within project teams
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies
• Support the execution of strategic projects, such as post-merger integration (PMI) of acquired companies
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and successful processes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of project management, with successful deliveries, including reporting to management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Industrial Engineering, Law, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading strategic company-wide projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Past experience working with software companies - preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
