Customer Support Team Leader (RF domain)

Responsibilities:

As the Customer Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer technical activities, including field trials, demos, system integration, installations, pre-sale and post-sale, training, support (remotely and on-site), and managing the CS team (70% hands-on, 30% team management). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have:

• Experience in wireless, RF, and networking domains – a must
• A degree in Electronics Engineering or a Practical Electronics Engineering background.
• Hands-on and team leading experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as professional services, support, field applications, or pre/post-sales management.
• Experience in global support
• Experience in system integration, field installation
• Experience in leading technical RFI/ RFP and POCs (Proof of Concept) with international customers.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
• Ability to travel overseas.
• The work is at Mobilicom’s offices at Shoham.
