We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our team at Pramati.
In this role, you will play a key part in solving complex challenges related to campaign optimization & automation. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing our in-house campaign management and back-office systems using also big data DBs.

Key expectations:
- Technical Excellence - Have a deep understanding of the technologies at play, being proficient in both coding and system architecture. Have a high standard for code quality, testing, and balancing tech-debt
- Decision-making - Select the right technology for the problem, create simple architectures to solve complex problems, help troubleshoot problems, and adjust the solution in real-time

Nodejs, React, BigQuery (MongoDB, Redis - advantage), Linux environment, Google Data Studio
