Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the distribution system at the logistics center.

- Implementing the operational strategy of the logistics center within the system.

- Managing human resources in alignment with the work plan and changing needs.

- Serving as a liaison between management and system employees.

- Planning, building, managing, and guiding continuous improvement and optimization processes, including the implementation of technological improvements.

- Applying and implementing work procedures in the system, including maintaining the cold chain, emphasizing food safety and hygiene, service quality, product safety, and safety in the factory and transportation (following ISO and HACCP regulations).

- Ensuring efficient service for internal and external customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Economics.

- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.

- Knowledge of organizational methods and work regulations is an advantage.

- Proficient in Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel and MS Project.

- Business Object knowledge, including report-building skills, is a plus.
