Quris.ai develops the world's first Bio-AI Clinical Prediction Platform which aims to better predict which drug candidates or approved drugs will safely work in humans.

The company is comprised of 3 business units: pharma service, consumer services and drug discovery.

The platform already serves the top pharma companies and helps them avoid the tremendous costs of failed clinical trials while minimizing animal testing.

We are now in the process of adapting our science and unique technological advantage so we can offer a Drug-Safety prediction service to individual consumers under the Quris.life brand

Quris.life is the consumer business unit of Quris.ai.

Using the Quris.ai Bio-AI platform, we test approved drugs on the consumer’s ‘biological replica’ which allows consumers and doctors to assess which drugs and food supplements are safer for their personal use.

Being able to optimize the selection of specific drugs that will be the safest for use by a specific individual holds great value for personal medication and a healthier, longer life.

As Quris.life head of operations and logistics you will manage all aspects of the planning and execution of the Quris.life service in regional offices, as well as local and global partners and service providers.

• You should define, set and be responsible for the fluent operation of data management systems including CRM, EHR and ERP.
• You should be responsible for the service operations and logistics in the Quris headquarters.
• You will be part of the Quris.life top management and will report to the GM of Quri.life.
• You should manage the regional operations & logistics managers as ‘dotted-line’ subordinates, and help them grow and manage their local teams.
• You should build a team of top performers to support the company’s efforts in deploying and launching the service in new markets.
• You should work closely with the other managers to ensure that new services are deployed and launched successfully.
  
  

• Overseeing Daily Operations in regional offices and headquarters: managing the day-to-day activities of the operations and logistics in Quris regional offices and headquarters, working closely and dotted-line-managing the operations and logistics regional team leads to ensure that the Quris.life services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Strategic Planning: developing and implementing operational strategies to meet the company's objectives. This could involve improving service delivery, reducing costs, or increasing efficiency.
• Supply Chain Management: overseeing the supply chain to ensure that medical supplies, equipment, specimens and other necessary materials are procured, shipped, distributed and processed according to plan and in an efficient manner.
• Vendor Management: working closely with the alliance management team, managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the company has the resources it needs to provide its services.
• Quality Assurance: ensure that the company's operations meet or exceed industry standards and regulations. This could involve implementing quality control measures, conducting audits, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Team Management: according to growth and scale rate - build, lead and manage the operations and logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Budget Management: manage the department's budget, including forecasting, planning, and controlling costs
  
  

• Education: MBA/industrial engineering
• 10 years experience in hands-on project management; 5 years experience in operations and/or logistics team/group management
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chains in multi-vendor, multi-national setups
• Experience working in small to medium-sized companies with global presence and activity (remote offices)
• Experience working in a start-up environment where creativity and fast-paced are the everyday norm
• Experience working in the consumer healthcare services sector and its regulatory, quality of service and data privacy and security aspects
• Experience working with senior management of partners and suppliers
• Willingness to perform ‘hands-on’ tasks and duties
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ‘flat’ organization
• Experience working in the US and UAE - an advantage
• Language skills: excellent English (mandatory), other languages - an advantage
• Software skills: fluent in Excel, Word, Monday or their equivalents
