Controller

Our finance team is on the lookout for a Controller who will join our amazing team.

As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in managing Silk's day-to-day accounting and financial activities, reporting to the Director of Finance.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our finance team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, supporting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting, including overseeing all subsidiaries' daily accounting and financial operations.
• Assist in building and planning budget, including monitoring, budget vs. actual and forecasts, and monitoring company’s KPIs.
• Review and perform revenue recognition and billing process according to ASC 606.
• Assist in preparing global and local tax filings and other statutory matters.
• Work with external auditors and tax advisors, managing audit and compliance.
• Analyze business trends and financial data to support business activities and decisions.
• Support the finance team and management in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
• Stay updated with relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  
  

Requirements:

• CPA with Big 4 firm experience.
• 2 years of experience after internship in a Hi-Tech company.
• Experience working in a multinational group.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to details and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
